Fabbri began her artistic journey as a contemporary realism painter. After recognizing that she was more of a perfectionist than she would like to believe, she assigned herself the task of exploring abstract art. The freedom of no clear right or wrong was intriguing yet intimidating to her. In 2010, she began this abstract study in an effort to loosen her style and focus on the power of color, texture, and composition. Immediately falling in love with the mysterious quality that abstract art embodies, Fabbri, continued her study for the next seven years. Ripple In Time and Color Fusion are the products of this study.
